There exists a lop-sided relationship in public company carbon emissions: 20% of the capital allocation produces over 80% of the emissions. Given this fact, the potential opportunities for investors were highly intriguing to us.
So, we recently developed a Global ESG Low Carbon Index strategy that exhibits both attractive returns and better impact profile. This index will launch in the DeFi space on the UMA platform by the end of August (2021). It will be the first of its kind in that space, and another step toward rolling out a full suite of cutting-edge, sustainable investment solutions on chain.
